Spend your days exploring the Mara’s vast savannahs in search of the Big Five, enjoy scenic game drives, and immerse yourself in Maasai culture. Then, unwind with a relaxing boat ride on Lake Naivasha, spotting hippos, waterbirds, and antelopes on Crescent Island. This safari perfectly balances adventure and relaxation, offering both exhilarating wildlife encounters and peaceful lakeside experiences.

Pickup at 6-8 AM from your hotel/airport. Drive ~5-6 hours via Great Rift Valley viewpoint (photo stop). Lunch at camp. Afternoon/evening game drive
(4-6 PM) spotting Big Five (lions, elephants, etc.). Dinner and overnight at camp.

Early breakfast, then full-day game drive with picnic lunch at Mara River (hippos, crocs). Optional balloon ride or nature walk (no predators). Evening drive back to camp for dinner/overnight.

Drive time: Approx. 5–6 hours
Breakfast and check out of your Mara lodge.
Drive to Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch.
Afternoon boat ride on the lake - spot hippos, waterbirds, and enjoy the scenic views. Nature walk on Crescent Island to see giraffes, zebras, and antelopes up close.
Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha.

Lake Naivasha → Nairobi

Drive time: Approx. 2.5 hours
Breakfast at the lodge.
Optional early morning boat ride or nature walk (if not done on Day 3).
Depart Naivasha for Nairobi, arriving around 12:30–1:30 PM.
Drop-off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

When is the best time to go?
Year-round, but July-Oct for wildebeest migration (crowded, higher prices). Dry season (Jun-Oct, Dec-Feb) best for game viewing. Nov-May: Greener, fewer crowds, but possible rain.
Is it safe? What about health precautions?
Yes, with experienced guides; vehicles have trackers/radios. Malaria risk: Use repellent, long sleeves; consult doctor for prophylaxis. Yellow fever vaccine may be required (check CDC/WHO). Drink only bottled water
