Overview
Kenya Safaris Hub is a tour marketplace platform that connects travelers (“Users”) with verified tour operators (“Vendors”) across Kenya and beyond. We facilitate bookings through our platform but do not own, operate, or manage any tours or travel services listed on our site.
Vendor Cancellation Policy
Each Vendor listed on Kenya Safaris Hub maintains its own cancellation policy, which governs bookings made for their tours. These terms are displayed during the booking process and form part of your contract with the Vendor.

Some tours may be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on the Vendor’s terms.

Kenya Safaris Hub is not responsible for refunds or reimbursements arising from Vendor-specific policies.
User Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking:

Log into your Kenya Safaris Hub account and select the booking under “My Trips.”

Submit a cancellation request.

The Vendor will process your request according to their policy and notify you of the outcome.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed by the Vendor and issued through the same payment method used during booking.
Platform-Initiated Cancellations
Kenya Safaris Hub reserves the right to cancel a booking in cases of:

Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Non-compliance with our platform policies

Force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics
In such cases, we will liaise with the Vendor to ensure fair treatment for both parties.
