Overview

Refunds for bookings made on Kenya Safaris Hub are determined by the Vendor’s individual refund policy. Kenya Safaris Hub acts only as a facilitator and does not issue refunds directly unless stated otherwise.

Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • The Vendor cancels your booking.

  • You cancel within the period allowed by the Vendor’s refund policy.

  • The tour was not delivered as advertised (subject to verification).

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You cancel after the Vendor’s deadline.

  • You fail to show up or arrive late for your tour.

  • The tour proceeds as scheduled but does not meet personal expectations.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through your Kenya Safaris Hub account.

  2. The Vendor reviews and processes the request.

  3. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Dispute Resolution

 

In case of disputes between Users and Vendors, Kenya Safaris Hub will assist in mediating communication but cannot guarantee or enforce refunds beyond Vendor policies.
